The Project is new 82-unit multi-family mixed-use apartment building consisting of a 4-Story Type VA over Podium of Type IA Open Parking Garage over Basement Enclosed Parking Garage as shown on plan. Per CBC 510.2 a horizontal building separation is provided between the type 1A parking structure (below 3-hr podium) and the Type VA apartments (above 3-hr podium). The unit mix will have eight unit types and include studio units, one bedroom units, one bedroom loft units and two bedroom units. An amenity space will be located on the podium deck. A retail/commercial space will be located on the ground floor. Project also includes Trellis, site walls and site fences in scope of work. Spa & Transformer to be under separate permit.
