National City – Parco 

This project is 127 units of mixed use multi family apartments,  including a parking structure and commercial space in the heart of National City.  It consists of two buildings on one lot.  The main tower building is a 113,430 sq ft ixed use multi-family housing over 2 podium levels.  The second building is 14,251 sq ft multi-family housing.  The structure is Type 3 Wood construction over Type 1  concrete podium.  5635 sq ft Commercial space will be on street level with parking on 1^st and 2^nd floor.
