Treehouse

This project features the construction of an eight-story apartment building located in San Diego’s desirable Bankers Hill neighborhood. The structure consists of five levels of Type III construction above three levels of Type I construction, all situated over a subterranean parking garage.

The development includes 107 residential units, with thoughtfully designed living spaces located on every floor. Parking is provided within the subterranean level as well as on Levels 1 through 3 for convenient resident access.

A variety of amenity spaces enhance the resident experience, including a fitness center, lobby, and mail center on Level 1. Additional amenities include a spa deck on Level 4 and a community terrace on Level 8, offering elevated spaces for relaxation and social gathering.
