This project consists of the construction of an eight-story, 100% affordable housing development featuring 78 residential units, located at the prominent corner of 30th Street and Gunn. The building includes three levels of Type I-A construction supporting five levels of Type III-A residential construction above.
The development also incorporates ground-floor retail space, enhancing the surrounding neighborhood and activating the streetscape. Residential units are complemented by thoughtfully designed common area amenities located on Level 1, including a mail center, community room, laundry facilities, and secure bike storage.
An additional shared amenity is provided at Level 8 in the form of a community terrace, offering residents an elevated outdoor space for gathering and relaxation.
