The Bel

This project consists of the development of an eight-story, 100% affordable residential apartment building totaling 80 units, situated on an approximately 12,000-square-foot site. The property is bounded by 8th Avenue, adjacent public alleys, and neighboring multi-family residential buildings to the north.

The structure is designed with a combination of Type I construction for Levels 1 through 3 and Type III construction for Levels 4 through 8. Residential units are distributed across all floors and include a diverse mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts to serve a variety of household needs.

Level 1 features key resident amenities, including a leasing office, lobby, laundry facilities, and a community room, along with an exterior courtyard that provides shared open space for residents.
