K Street

This project consists of the development of an eight-story residential apartment building on an approximately 20,000-square-foot site bounded by K Street to the south, an alley to the north, multifamily residential uses to the east, and warehouse use to the west.

The approximately 130,000-square-foot building will include 259 residential units distributed across Levels 1 through 8, offering a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts. The ground level will feature the leasing office, lobby, and resident amenities, providing a welcoming entry experience and shared community spaces.

Additional amenities include an exterior at-grade courtyard and a rooftop terrace at Level 8, creating opportunities for outdoor gathering and relaxation. The project is designed without on-site parking, supporting a transit-oriented and urban living environment.
