This project is a modular, 65-unit affordable housing development featuring a four-story building constructed on-grade. The design incorporates advanced site and structural systems, including geopier soil stabilization and a structural steel podium at Level 1 to support the modular construction above.
The building is equipped with a battery-backed emergency power system, enhancing resilience and safety for residents. Thoughtfully designed community spaces include a community room, community kitchen, lobby, and dedicated office and support areas. Additional features include tuck-under parking for resident convenience.
