Rancho Sierra is a two-story, 50 unit affordable permanent supportive housing development for seniors, including 49 one bedroom units, and one 2-bedroom unit manager’s unit. All units have private patios/balconies. Development includes 20 onsite parking spaces. It will have a 4000 sq ft indoor community space with a warming kitchen, resident manager’s office, 2 additional office spaces, lounge areas. Other on-site amenities include laundry facilities, trash rooms, and mail hub.
