Geoff wields over 25 years of construction experience and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University of San Luis Obispo. The first half of his career was characterized by witnessing the wins and losses of well-planned vs. poorly-planned projects on the execution side on the back end of the construction business. In the latter half of his career on the front end, and now as a principal at ECON, heading up the pre-construction department, he takes these lessons learned and steers the ship clear of the ripples in the water before they become waves.

Geoff’s unique vantage point from his years of experience in a myriad of project types, methods of construction, and various forms of contracting allow him to devise packages that make for successful project completion. He offers clients trust, expertise, and confidence with his foresight and ability to tune into each assignment. This sixth sense makes for smooth, money-saving plans that are invaluable to clients while motivating employees to continually raise the bar and execute where it matters.
