From Iowa to Minnesota to Colorado to California, Andy has been everywhere and seen it all in his 20 years in the trade. Graduating from the University of Northern Iowa with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and relying on his solid small-town values and work ethic, Andy has always been ready to get his hands dirty until the successful achievement of project goals. Now as a principal at ECON and serving as Operations Manager, his focus is on the recruitment of the highest quality employees and continuous improvement of current staff through training, learning new processes, and staying up to date on the latest technology in the industry.

As Operations Manager, Andy is also always in the know. He lives and breathes schedules, keeping his finger on the pulse to ensure each project remains on course, and is willing to roll up his sleeves so it stays that way. With Andy on board, communication is clear, goals are transparent, and clients are happy.
